Burrp (Netwrok18 group) arranged a bloggers meet for Neung Roi, the signature Thai restaurant Radisson Blu Plaza, Mahipalpur. And we were served with their Khantoke Lunch meal. The Khantoke lunch is the Thai equivalent of our own traditional thali or a Japanese bento box where you get a complete meal served in small bowls on an attractive wooden tray.

The décor of the restaurant gives you so much of solace and also the staff was very helpful and polite. The Khantoke meal had so many different flavors in it. We were served with a ‘Thai Paan’ in the beginning of the lunch just to freshen up our mood. With some talking on Thai cuisine and Thai food, we ate the full meal and headed for our dessert. Dessert included coconut coated rice dumplings with Jaggery in it. The food, the drinks, the dessert and the décor was amazing and peaceful and it is a great place to come for a quiet lunch with your family or friends.

FUN FACT- Neung means 100 and Roi means 1 i.e. 101 degree longitude that passes through Thailand. And thus this name was invented.
